You can perceive aromas of Mediterranean herbs, spices and clear citrus fruit denotations from its maceration period. Clove & Cardamom fuse together along with Coriander to combine perfectly with our best Bobal grape variety.
On the palate it’s fresh and pleasant, great intensity and with a persistent finish. It has a citrus orange finish with a slight bitterness from our hops.
The ‘perfect serve’
As for Vermouth which is so rooted at the Spanish cultural level as an aperitif, there are many service possibilities.
We recommend to Serve very cold along with two ice cubes and if you like, an olive or even great with some orange peel.
Our Vermouth doesn’t need any more.
